What Is Discovery?

We are a group of evangelical Christians who have come together to help fulfill what we feel is a need in Northern Ireland – the opportunity to meet other Christians and their non-Christian friends socially as well as spiritually, regardless whether they are single, widowed, separated or divorced. The group caters for those in their thirties to mid fifties who wish to increase their circle of friends. We have around 120 members throughout Northern Ireland and we welcome people of all Church denominations.

We have a varied programme of events, including walks, meals, cinema, theme nights, houseparties, BBQs, barn dances and weekend breaks. We have our annual Christmas Dinner/Dance in early December - an excuse to get dressed up!  Although our activities are designed primarily to meet the social needs of single Christians we also have a monthly fellowship meeting featuring a variety of speakers. Suggestions or comments members may wish to make to enhance our events are appreciated.
